How do I Check Ink Levels in My Printer?

Check HP Printer Ink Levels
First, open Control Panel.
Then click View devices and printers.
Double click on your printer.
Open HP Printer Assistant. You need to double-click to open it.
Tap the Estimated Levels icon.
Go to Estimated Cartridge Levels. Check the ink.
You can also download the official HP Smart app and use it to check HP printer ink levels.
Once you have downloaded and installed the app, open it.
Check ink levels right on the app home page.
Check Brother Printer Ink Levels
Go to View devices and printers once you open Control Panel.
Right-click on the Brother printer > select Printing Preferences.
Press this button: Launch Status Monitor.
Check the ink.
You can also use your printer’s touchscreen to check ink levels.
Open Settings. Tap Ink.
Choose Volume Ink and check the ink.
Check Canon Printer Ink Levels
Open Run. Type check printers. Press the Enter key on your keyboard.

Check Printer Ink Levels Using a Mac
If you’re using a Mac, you can follow similar steps to check the ink levels on your printer regardless of brand. Here’s how.
Navigate to the Apple icon and click on it. Open System Settings.
Open Printers & Scanners.
Select the printer whose ink you need to check.
Tap Options & Supplies.
Click on Supply Levels and check the ink.
Here is the Procedure to Check the Ink Level:
Check the back of your computer to make sure the printer is properly connected to the computer and plugged in. If the printer is not plugged into the computer, find the printer jack on the back of the computer and plug it in before moving on to the next step.
Install the software for your chosen printer.
Click on the “Start” button which is located on the lower left corner of your screen. Click “Settings” and notice that the list of functions pop up to the left of the settings button. Click on the “Control Panel” icon .
Find the “Printer/Fax” icon in the control panel, Double-click the “Printer Control Panel” icon, in this panel, find your printer icon and right-click. Choose “Preferences”.
Select the “Services” tab that appear at the top of the pop-up menu. Click on “Service this device” at the bottom of the menu.
Click the Estimated Ink Levels tab and a graph appears showing the amount of ink remaining in the cartridge.
